   Assign someone to clarify or prepare each item and follow the guidance received. How to make a correction depends on the stage and available portal options.

Officially, ‘Rejected (R)’ means an unsatisfactory score in one or more requirements within the criteria. ‘Technically Qualified (Q)’ means technical approval but with outstanding issues (or no assessment) in the financial and/or legal criteria.

Officially documented friction points

• A document expired on the questionnaire submission date (validity is checked at submission, not at the start).
• Financial statements missing the accountant’s and legal representative’s signatures.
• An attachment not linked to the correct requirement — the assessor may not find it.
• Irreversibility: identification details and questionnaires cannot be edited after confirmation.

Registration can also be suspended or cancelled

This is in the law, not just the internal regulation: registration may be amended, suspended or cancelled at any time if the registered party stops meeting the requirements established for qualification or admission to the register (Law 13,303/2016, Article 65, paragraph 4).
