The assessment is divided into criteria, each requiring its own set of documents. Simplified Registration covers only Legal, Technical and Integrity — Financial and HSE are excluded.
Legal criterion
- Articles of Association (and amendments)
- Commercial Registry certificate
- Certificate or registration with the relevant professional body
- CNPJ registration certificate
- Joint Certificate of Federal Tax Debts and Federal Overdue Debt
- FGTS Compliance Certificate
The detail that causes rejection
Documents must be valid on the date the questionnaire is SUBMITTED — not the date you started assembling them. A certificate that expires during the process causes the criterion to fail.
Financial criterion
Financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement/DRE, Statement of Retained Earnings/DLPA, Cash Flow Statement/DFC, Notes and, where applicable, Audit Report and Value Added Statement/DVA). Requirements vary with the company’s legal form and size.
- All statements must be signed by the accountant AND the legal representative.
- Additional requirements apply when equity is equal to or greater than R$ 2 million.
- Large companies (total assets above R$ 240 million or gross revenue above R$ 300 million, under Law 11,638/07) face specific requirements.
Technical and Technical-HSE criteria
Evidence that the company supplies what it declared in the selected families and — for Corporate Registration — an assessment of its health, safety and environmental management system.
Integrity criterion
An assessment of the company’s compliance/integrity. It applies to both Corporate and Simplified Registration.

An attachment not linked to the correct requirement may simply not be found by the assessor: the document exists, you attached it — and it still counts as missing.
