How much does it cost?
R$ 297 per month. No joining fee or minimum term: cancel whenever you like using the link at the bottom of any alert email, with a quick confirmation and no red tape. After registering, you confirm your email. Billing is sent to that address, and alerts start when payment is confirmed.
Can I try it first?
We do not offer a free trial. The service is paid from day one, and you can cancel in the first month if nothing in your field appears. A week without an email is not a fault: it is the filter working. We only send what matches your keywords.
Are you Petrobras?
No. Radar do Fornecedor is an independent service with no affiliation with Petrobras or Petronect. We monitor public sources (Petronect and Petrobras’s Transparency Portal) and notify you.
Where does the data come from?
From two official public sources: Petronect’s public tender area and Petrobras’s Transparency Portal (sistematransparencia.petrobras.com.br). Nothing is invented. If a source fails, we log it and continue.
How often will I receive email?
The digest goes out at 07:30 only when a new tender matches your keywords. A week with no new matches means no email from us. A second email on the same day occurs only at 15:00 when a matching opportunity closes in less than 48 hours or has a very high matching score for your profile. Otherwise, silence. All times are Brasília time. Emails and tender documents remain in Portuguese.
Are my CNPJ and email safe?
We process your data under Brazil’s LGPD with explicit consent. We do not share your CNPJ or email with third parties for their marketing, and every alert includes an unsubscribe link with quick confirmation. Our privacy policy describes the providers that process data to operate the service.
Do I need anything to participate in tenders?
Tenders are open to anyone who meets the tender requirements. Petrobras itself states that registration (CRC) is not required to participate. CRC brings qualification forward: Legal, Economic, Technical and Technical-HSE criteria are assessed beforehand, instead of proving everything within the tender deadline. For Automated Selections — purchases exempt from tendering because of their value — Petrobras states that registration in the relevant supply families is essential (official source, in Portuguese).
