There is no ‘CRC price table’, and registration itself has no fee: Petrobras states that it does not charge for supplier registration. The cost of being ready to supply comes from elsewhere — three different sources worth separating to avoid confusion.
1. Petronect Access Fee
Charged by the portal itself, per CNPJ, to participate in public opportunities — it is not a consultancy fee. There are exemptions (ME/EPP and direct awards below R$ 85,000). Information on amounts is in the Access Fee guide.
The Petronect Access Fee guide2. Your company’s internal costs
- Staff time preparing and reviewing the questionnaires for each criterion.
- Documents and certificates (tax compliance, technical experience records, financial statements).
- Certifications when the family requires them (e.g. ISO 9001/14001/45001 for higher-risk scopes).
3. Advisory services (optional)
This is the cost of hiring someone to manage the process. The price is determined case by case — depending on registration type (Corporate vs Simplified), number of families and the state of your criteria. That is why we provide a proposal after a diagnostic, not a fixed price table.
Do it yourself or outsource?
The calculation is the cost of mistakes
You can do it yourself. The risk is that questionnaires cannot be edited after submission: a wrong family or criterion can cost months of rework — and the opportunity that passed in the meantime. Outsourcing pays off when that delay costs more than the advisory service.
Be wary of ‘guaranteed approval’
No consultancy controls Petrobras’ assessment. Anyone promising certain approval or a fixed price before examining your case is selling something they cannot deliver.
