Methodology and limitations
- Sources: public Petrobras procurement notices on the channels we monitor (Petronect), collected automatically.
- Classification: each opportunity is assigned a supply sector based on its published scope. Records without an identifiable sector are excluded — these figures cover what the radar catalogued and classified, not everything it captured.
- Observation window: publications captured by the radar cover 7 November 2019 to 23 September 2026. This describes the ENTIRE collection, including records that could not be classified by sector — it is not the period covered by the table’s figures, which come from a different query. Two measures, two subsets: do not combine them.
- “Open today” includes opportunities whose bid deadline has not expired on the date of this query.
- What this survey is NOT: it is not all Petrobras procurement or official company data. It is what our radar captured from public notices — a sample, not a census. Consult Petrobras itself for official figures.
